This loan is to be paid back with the income generated by business rates for new businesses in Dyce, Bridge of Don and the City Centre.( None of the business rates are guaranteed ).

Another load of false Advertising how can you lose what you have not got, as for the grant of £20 million they wont get all that as that is the total amount for the whole of Scotland.
And on page 10 they printed a story saying councils are comfortable with the rising levels of borrowing, ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL ARE 6th ON THE LIST WITH £618 MILLION IN DEBT and they want to borrow another £70 million !!!!!!!!
